Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and optimizing custom reports and interfaces within SAP environments.
- Basic Understanding of IS-Utilities Process meter to Cash.
- Experience with SAP Hana S/4 Environment Upgrade with Code Remediation. Familiarity with SAP RISE , integration technologies- Odata , IDocs , RFC , BAPI.
- Strong knowledge of database concepts and ability to work with SAP HANA database technologies.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization in SAP ABAP.
- Experience in integrating SAP modules and working with various SAP tools and technologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
