## Key Responsibilities
* Manage Schedules: Coordinate calendars, appointments, and court hearing dates for senior partners.
* Client Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and external counsel.
* Documentation: Draft, format, and proofread legal correspondence, briefs, and contracts.
* File Management: Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for case records.
* Travel Logistics: Arrange travel itineraries, flights, and hotel bookings for the legal team.
* Office Operations: Screen phone calls, manage emails, and order office supplies.

## Requirements and Qualifications
* Experience: 3–5 years of secretarial experience, preferably within a law firm or corporate legal department.
* Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal dictation/typing.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Traits: Excellent organizational skills, time management, and strict confidentiality.
