Job Description
Guru Aanklan Academy is looking for a dynamic and organized Center Administrator to manage daily operations, student records, and parent communications at our Ghatkopar branch.
- Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai (Branch Handling)
- Timings: 10 am to 7 pm / 12 am to 9 pm
- Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (Final payroll salary based on performance in the interview)
- Job Type: Full-time (Payroll)
- Key Responsibilities Branch & Operations Management: Oversee daily center operations, maintain discipline, and manage stationery/inventory.
- Faculty & Coordination: Manage faculty schedules and handle timetable management efficiently.
- Financial Handling: Collect fees, maintain payment records, and handle basic branch accounts.
- Data & System Management: Upload student marksheets into the academy's system and maintain accurate daily records using MS Excel.
- Parent Communication: Actively handle student attendance and make absent calls/follow-ups with parents.
- Requirements Prior experience in admin, front desk, or operations (experience in the education/coaching sector is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer systems.
- Strong communication skills for managing parents, students, and faculty.
- Highly organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
