1. Resourcing , Screening and short listing resumes through various portals (Timesjob etc.) and mails.

2. Conducting the telephonic and personal interviews with clients.

3. Coordinating and scheduling candidates for interview

4. Coordinating with client during interviews

5. Maintaining trackers of recruitment drives

6. Giving timely feedback to candidates, helping them in VISA process.
