Job Title – India GCC – Client Account Management (CAM)
Management Level: 07 – Manager / 08 – Associate Manager
Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Delhi NCR / Mumbai / Pune
Must Have Skills
Client Account Management: 10-15 years of enterprise consulting, account management, or business development experience, with a strong track record of growing strategic client accounts and driving revenue.
Account Growth & Business Development: Proven experience in account planning, relationship management, white-space identification, cross-sell/up-sell, pipeline creation, sales forecasting, commercial discussions, and account profitability.
GCC Experience & Industry Expertise: Candidates should possess 5–8 years of GCC experience and deep expertise in one of the following Client Groups:

Life Sciences & Health
GCC experience across Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, and Healthcare organizations with expertise in Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data & AI, SAP, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial Operations.
Consumer Goods, Services & Retail (CGSR)
GCC experience across Consumer Goods & Retail organizations with expertise in Digital, Cloud, Data & AI, SAP, Supply Chain, ERP, Customer Experience, Omnichannel, and E-commerce.
Financial Services
GCC experience across Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance organizations with expertise in Digital, Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, Core Banking, Payments, Risk & Compliance, and Business Transformation.
Communications, Media & Technology (CMT)
GCC experience across Communications, Media, High Tech, and Software organizations with expertise in Digital, Cloud, Data & AI, and Technology Transformation.
Good to Have Skills
- Experience managing strategic GCC accounts.
- Strong understanding of GCC operating models and transformation journeys.
- Experience working in Tier-1 Consulting or Systems Integration firms.
- Experience collaborating across multiple service lines and global teams.
Job Summary
As a Client Account Manager (CAM), you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic GCC client accounts by building trusted client relationships, driving account growth, identifying new opportunities, and positioning Accenture's end-to-end capabilities. You will work closely with Client Account Leads, Sales teams, and delivery teams to maximize client value and expand Accenture's footprint within assigned accounts.
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive Client Value Creation
- Understand the client's business priorities, GCC strategy, and growth agenda.
- Develop account plans to increase wallet share and expand Accenture's presence.
- Identify new opportunities and align Accenture capabilities to client needs.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes and high client satisfaction.
Build Long-standing, Trust-based Relationships
- Build trusted relationships with GCC leaders, business stakeholders, and client executives.
- Act as a trusted advisor by bringing industry insights and innovation to client discussions.
- Strengthen executive connects and promote Accenture's integrated capabilities across the account.
Grow the Business / Account
- Drive account growth through cross-sell, up-sell, and white-space opportunities.
- Own account pipeline, revenue growth, forecasting, and commercial governance.
- Work with Sales Capture teams to originate and close strategic opportunities.
- Support account financials and key commercial processes (MMS/MMP, MME, MMB).
Collaborate Across the GCC Ecosystem
- Partner with Client Groups, Market Units, Industry teams, and Technology practices to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Share market intelligence, client insights, and growth opportunities across the organization.
- Support executive engagements, capability showcases, and client governance meetings.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Strong client account management and business development experience.
- Proven ability to grow strategic accounts and build long-term CXO relationships.
- Good understanding of GCC operating models and transformation programs.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional, global, and multi-disciplinary teams.
