Acquisition Manager-RL SALES-Sales
As an Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow the bank's business. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to motivate and guide a team of sales professionals. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless customer acquisition process and contribute to the bank's overall growth and success.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand the bank's client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and develop appropriate sales approaches.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to the sales team.
- Stay updated with industry developments and emerging technologies to enhance sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge, ensuring a high level of professionalism.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth and efficient customer acquisition process, from lead generation to onboarding.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, collaborating effectively with various departments.
