Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
1) Generate new business opportunities through B2B sales and corporate marketing.
2) Promote and demonstrate IT products and H.R. business solutions to clients.
3) Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and business demonstrations.
4) Represent the company at seminars, workshops, exhibitions, networking events, and
conferences.
5) Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets.
6) Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
7) Identify market opportunities, analyze competitors, and generate qualified leads.
8) Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer
satisfaction.
9) Prepare sales reports, business proposals, and marketing presentations.
10) Travel as per monthly pre decided and incidental schedule for business development/sales.
11) Also attend client meetings, business development activities, and promotional events
with consultation of management.
