Job Description

·       Arrange Site Visits

·       Handle buyer and investor inquiries professionally.

·       Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.

·       Arrange and conduct property site visits.

 ·       Generate leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and networking.

·       Coordinate with developers, property owners, and clients.

·       Follow up regularly with prospects for conversions.

·       Negotiate pricing and terms between buyers and sellers.

·       Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates.

·       Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

·       Stay updated about market trends, projects, pricing, and competition.
