Field Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Field Sales Executive for Construction material(Cement, TMT steel, RMC, Structural steel) to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The successful candidate will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate leads for the company's building material products in the assigned region.
• Conduct regular field visits to construction sites, contractors, builders, and retailers to promote and sell products.
• Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the construction industry.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by focusing on customer needs and offering customized solutions.
• Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, negotiations, and closing of sales deals.
• Provide accurate market intelligence and feedback on competitors, product performance, and customer requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all sales and prospecting activities, including calls, presentations, and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
