Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our signage and branding solutions. The candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, understanding their branding requirements, preparing quotations, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit commercial areas to generate new B2B leads.

- Meet business owners, architects, interior designers, builders, retailers, and corporate clients.

- Promote products such as ACP signboards, LED signboards, glow signboards, acrylic letters, vinyl branding, flex banners, and indoor/outdoor signage.

- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the design and production team.

- Prepare and follow up on quotations until order closure.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.

- Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.

- Submit daily visit reports and sales updates.

- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of field sales experience (experience in signage, advertising, printing, branding, or building materials preferred).

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
