Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Description & Summary: We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Senior Associate Full Stack Developers with expertise in either Java or .NET backend technologies combined with modern front-end frameworks such as ReactJS and Angular, along with strong SQL database skills. You will be part of an agile cross-functional team delivering scalable web applications and services that solve complex business challenges. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs using Java (Spring Boot)/.NET (ASP.NET Core/MVC) technologies. 

• Implement modern front-end solutions using ReactJS and/or Angular ensuring a responsive and seamless user experience. 

• Write efficient and optimized SQL queries and manage relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server). 

• Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features. 

• Participate in peer code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

• Debug, troubleshoot and resolve application issues across the stack. 

• Follow best practices for software design, source control, CICD pipelines, and documentation. 

• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team. 

Mandatory skill sets: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 

• 3-5 years of professional experience in full stack development with either: 

• Java backend stack: Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs or 

• .NET backend stack: C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, Web API. 

• Proficient in front-end frameworks/libraries: ReactJS and Angular (experience in both or expertise in one with good knowledge of the other). 

• Strong experience with SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server. 

• Experience with API design and integration (REST). 

• Familiarity with source control tools like Git, and CI/CD pipelines. 

• Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. 

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, Agile environment. 

Preferred skill sets: 

• Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (JUnit, xUnit, Jasmine, Karma). 

• Knowledge of ORM tools like Entity Framework (for .NET) or Hibernate (for Java). 

• Exposure to DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar. 

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 

• Understanding of security best practices in web development.
