Job Description
Job Title: Railway Land Acquisition
Job Summary:
The Railway Land Acquisition is responsible for supporting land acquisition activities for infrastructure and construction projects, coordinating with government authorities, landowners, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in land acquisition and related documentation.
- Coordinate with government departments, revenue authorities, and landowners.
- Collect, verify, and maintain land records and legal documents.
- Support survey activities and site visits.
- Track land acquisition progress and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and statutory regulations.
- Follow up on approvals, compensation matters, and land handover activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably with knowledge of land and revenue matters).
- Basic knowledge of land acquisition procedures and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
