• Fresher – ₹12,000/month

• Experienced – ₹15,000/month

• Performance-based increment after 2 months

🎯 Job Responsibilities:

• Design creative posters, banners, and promotional materials

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp marketing

• Create engaging content, reels, and social media campaigns

• Run and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads

• Generate quality leads for real estate projects

• Increase social media followers, reach, and engagement

• Handle website backend updates and website-related campaigns

• Track campaign performance and improve conversion rates

✅ Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing

• Canva / Photoshop designing skills

• Social Media Marketing

• Meta Ads & Google Ads knowledge

• Creative thinking and content creation skills

• Knowledge of AI tools and current digital marketing trends
