Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Full-Stack AI Application Developer (Enterprise-Ready) About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong deployment expertise and hands-on experience in building scalable software products. You will be responsible for developing production-grade applications that may scale to 100,000+ users, and will also work on integration with enterprise ecosystems (e.g., EY systems/environments). You will collaborate closely with the backend lead (founder) while taking full ownership of the frontend architecture, user experience, cloud deployment, AI application integration, CI/CD pipeline and solution stability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys converting complex logic into intuitive user interfaces, exploring new and innovative solutions to problems, optimizing performance at scale, and working in environments requiring secure enterprise integrations. Key Responsibilities AI Product Development
• Build and integrate AI models, agents, LLM pipelines, or API-driven AI features into user-facing applications.
• Work on prompt orchestration, agent workflow design, RAG pipelines, or integration with AI providers (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
• Optimize AI latency, caching, and cost-efficiency within production workloads. Frontend Engineering
• Lead the design and development of modern, responsive, high-performance UIs.
• Implement user flows, dashboards, and interactive components using frameworks such as React / Next.js / Vue.
• Ensure seamless UX for large user bases, incorporating accessibility and performance best practices. Backend Integration (Support + Collaboration)
• Collaborate with backend lead to integrate APIs, microservices, authentication, and database systems.
• Implement secure communication between frontend, backend, and enterprise systems.
• Debug and optimize end-to-end workflows. Enterprise Integration (EY or similar environments)
• Adapt applications to comply with enterprise requirements (security, SSO, data governance).
• Integrate systems using SAML, OAuth2, SCIM, or other enterprise protocols.
• Deploy or migrate applications to enterprise-approved cloud environments (Azure/AWS private cloud, EY WaveSpace environments etc.).
• Work closely with enterprise architects to meet compliance controls. Scalability & Reliability
• Build applications capable of handling 100k+ active users.
• Implement performance optimizations: caching, CDN usage, lazy loading, edge rendering, distributed architecture.
• Support release management, CI/CD, monitoring, and automated testing. Technological Exploration
• Stay apprised on new technologies in the realm of AI and Computer Science in general.
• Assist in developing Proof of Concepts(POCs).
• Scale built POCs into scalable and usable products inside the EY environment. Collaboration & Ownership
• Work closely with the founder to translate ideas into working software.
• Architect frontend + contribute to system design decisions.
• Take ownership of the full development lifecycle—build, test, deploy, maintain. Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js preferred).
• Solid understanding of API integration, microservices, REST, GraphQL.
• Experience building AI applications or integrating with LLM APIs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud deployment (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience working with authentication systems (OAuth2, JWT, SSO, SAML).
• Strong understanding of scalability (caching, CDNs, load balancing, queues). Bonus / Preferred
• Experience building RAG systems, vector databases (Pinecone, Redis, Chroma).
• Familiarity with enterprise ecosystems (EY, Deloitte, KPMG, Big 4 environments).
• Knowledge of DevOps workflows and tools (Docker, CI/CD, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with secure enterprise deployments. Soft Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–8 years of full-stack or frontend engineering experience.
