Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
• Handle inbound inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve customer queries.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
• Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with customers to ensure smooth communication and relationship building.
• Assist in documentation work, preparing quotations, and maintaining records.
• Maintain a database of customer contacts and update records regularly.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and support business growth.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Any Graduate / HSC Pass with relevant experience in telecalling or customer support.
• 1–3 years of telecalling / telesales experience (solar/renewable industry experience is a plus).
• Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
• Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
