Role Microsoft 365 Engineer Exchange Migration Specialist

Responsibilities
Lead and support complex Exchange migrations across onpremises and Microsoft 365 environments
Plan and execute tenanttotenant and enterprise mail migration projects
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services with a focus on Exchange Online
Manage Azure AD Entra ID administration identity integration and access management
Configure and support Active Directory DNS authentication and mail flow services
Implement and troubleshoot email security solutions including DKIM DMARC and MFA
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation administration and reporting
Utilize migration tools such as Quest and BitTitan to perform mailbox and migration activities
Collaborate with infrastructure security and business teams during MA integration projects
Provide documentation migration runbooks and operational support throughout project lifecycles
Technical Skills Primary
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online administration
Deep experience with OnPremises Exchange and hybrid Exchange environments
Proven experience executing complex email and mailbox migration projects
Advanced Azure AD Entra ID administration skills
Strong knowledge of Active Directory and DNS
Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation for Exchange and M365
Understanding of email security protocols including DKIM and DMARC
Handson experience with migration tools such as Quest and BitTitan
Experience supporting MA technology integration and migration initiatives
Technical Skills Secondary Nice to Have
Knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud platforms
Microsoft Intune administration and endpoint management
Mobile Device Management MDM solutions
MultiFactor Authentication solutions including Microsoft Authenticator and Duo
Crossplatform identity and cloud integration experience

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to manage multiple migration activities simultaneously
Strong documentation and process standardization skills
Ability to work independently in a fastpaced MA environment
