Title: Senior Social Media Manager

Location: Onsite – Aliganj, Lucknow

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience and expertise)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing creative social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost conversions across all major platforms.

This role requires a mix of creativity, analytics, leadership, and deep understanding of social media trends and audience behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Lead content planning, creation, and execution across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Oversee daily social media operations — posting schedules, community engagement, and audience interaction.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights for growth.
• Manage and mentor junior team members or interns to maintain consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams for cohesive brand storytelling.
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns to boost reach and engagement.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
• Build influencer collaborations and partnerships for organic brand visibility.
• Prepare monthly social media performance and strategy reports for management.

Requirements:

• Proven 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, analytics, and performance marketing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and creative thinking skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and Canva/Photoshop.
• Deep knowledge of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Ability to conceptualize viral campaigns and manage end-to-end execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
