STARTUP ASSOCIATE – Cross-Functional Role

🕒 Full-Time | Work From Office | 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

💰 CTC: ₹10,000- 18,000 per month

Want to understand how a startup actually works from the inside?

We are looking for a smart, adaptable, and enthusiastic Startup Associate to work across different functions at FabBox & Free Mind. This is a cross-functional role for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and wants hands-on exposure to real business activities.

What You'll Do:

• Work across operations, coordination, administration, communication, and execution

• Support multiple teams and projects based on business requirements

• Coordinate schedules, follow-ups, vendors, and day-to-day tasks

• Assist in solving operational and business challenges

• Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely execution

• Support online class operations for Free Mind (non-teaching)

• Get involved wherever the business needs support

Who Can Apply?

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience

• BMS, BBA, BCom or similar backgrounds preferred

• Good communication and basic computer skills

• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable multitasking

• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
