Role
As the Executive - OE you will be a part of the HR function and will report to the Head - OE & OD.
The purpose of your role is to support key OE initiatives and work closely with the entire organization including the commercial, Manufacturing, Engineering and Enabling functions and helping the organization evolve to become more agile and future-ready.
A purpose driven role for you
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Organisation Agility Support - 25%
- Assist in implementing org design principles that support agility, efficiency, and flexibility
- Support OE lead in project planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Help gather role, structure, and process insights from shopfloor and functional teams
- Track spans of control, layering, and structure simplification metrics
2. Workforce Metrics & Dashboards - 25%
- Assist in annual workforce plan by collecting and analyzing manpower data, interpreting trends, and forecasting future staffing needs
- Maintain and update dashboards related to manpower productivity, skill availability, and engagement
- Collaborate with HR Operations to ensure data-driven decision-making in OE projects
- Support periodic reporting on OE KPIs to leadership
- Conduct attrition analysis to identify root causes of employee turnover
3. Engagement Engagement - 25%
- Design and implement the engagement framework and initiatives
- Support the rollout of Engagement interventions
- Capture on-ground feedback to improve engagement initiatives
4. Capability & Culture Initiatives - 25%
- Work with L&D teams to coordinate capability-building for new-age skills
- Assist in driving internal campaigns to embed organizational values and cultural shifts
- Engage with employees to reinforce messaging around transformation efforts
A Day in the life
As the Executive - OE your role will be an individual contributor role supporting key OE initiatives including org design, workforce analytics, change enablement, and capability deployment. You will be working closely with the entire organization including the commercial, Manufacturing, Engineering and Enabling functions and helping the organization evolve to become more agile and future-ready.
Academic Qualification & Experience
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Technical Skills/Knowledge
- OD Principles & Best Practices
- Data Collection & Analysis
- Strong Project Management
- Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency
- Strong data orientation with Power BI proficiency
- Prior exposure to manufacturing setups or industrial workforce dynamics is desirable
