Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications and supporting the overall business infrastructure. The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system reliability and performance throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration, Microsoft Azure Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application and system issues.
- Familiarity with cloud service models and deployment in Microsoft Azure environments.
- Ability to monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations.
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements in server administration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- This position is based at our JPDC3A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
