As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves offering expert consulting services on intricate enterprise transformation projects that may span multiple technology platforms. This role requires providing strategic advice on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology-related costs, and identifying key value drivers. The position also includes developing and deploying advanced technology solutions tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that organizations achieve their transformation goals effectively and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional discussions to align technology strategies with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and project contributions.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and consensus on project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise platform architecture and integration strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to assess technology cost optimization and value levers.
- Experience in developing and implementing industry-specific technology assets.
- Ability to manage complex transformation projects involving multiple technology platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our JPDC3A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
