Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitmentUnderstand hiring requirements from clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on various job portals.
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions.
