HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and responsible HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for security guards, security supervisors, field officers, operations staff, telecallers, sales executives and back-office employees.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting preliminary interviews, maintaining recruitment records and coordinating candidate joining.

• Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, placement agencies and local recruitment networks.
• Recruit security guards, supervisors, field officers and office staff according to company requirements.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
• Explain job roles, salary, duty timings, location and company policies to candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with department managers.
• Verify candidate documents, identity proof, address proof, qualification and experience.
• Maintain candidate databases, interview records and recruitment reports.
• Follow up with selected candidates until their joining.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and documentation.
• Assist with background verification and police verification processes.
• Manage bulk and urgent hiring requirements for new client sites.
• Build relationships with training centres, colleges, placement agencies and local recruitment sources.
• Achieve weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
• Reduce candidate dropouts and improve joining ratios.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment and interview processes.
• Ability to handle bulk hiring.
• Strong follow-up and candidate coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and recruitment portals.
• Ability to work under targets and meet urgent manpower requirements.
• Knowledge of the security services industry will be preferred.
• Qualification
• Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• MBA in HR will be an added advantage.
• Experience1–3 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in security guard, facility management, housekeeping or blue-collar recruitment will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and recruitment knowledge may also apply.

Working Schedule

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
