Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing
Post job openings on portals and social media
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Conduct initial interviews
Coordinate final interviews with management
Issue offer and appointment letters
2. Onboarding & Documentation
Manage joining formalities
Maintain employee records
Prepare employment contracts
