Position Summary
Seeking a versatile and highly adaptable Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Python and Java, along with practical knowledge of AI assistant and agent creation. The ideal candidate will also have experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. This role requires a self-driven professional who can learn quickly, embrace new technologies, and contribute to innovative digital solutions across business and technical teams. A minimum of 5-6 years experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full stack applications using Python and Java.
• Build and support AI-enabled solutions, including assistants, agents, and workflow-based automation.
• Develop business and reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Interact with various stakeholders (Customers, Vendors) to get a detailed insight into solution requirement 
• Manage people, process within the agreed upon framework to execute projects
• Develop products/solutions based on latest technology trends
• Handle the issues arising at the client site and providing necessary customer support during Production trials (TT & PP until Job1)
• Identify issues in existing processes of client and recommend innovative solutions to increase efficiency
• Perform independently on all assignments with minimum technical / administrative instructions
• Planning , developing , coordinating , and directing a large and important project or a number of small projects with many complex features
• Integrate applications, APIs, data sources, and automation tools to improve productivity and business outcomes.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them where relevant to business needs.
• Work independently while contributing as a strong team player in an agile environment.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Practical experience with AI tools, including assistant and agent creation.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, frameworks, and methods.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise system integration and API development.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, databases, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in an Agile or product-focused delivery model.
