Summary:
As an Application Lead, your day revolves around spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications. You serve as the central liaison for all project-related communications, ensuring seamless coordination among various stakeholders. Your role involves overseeing the progress of application initiatives, addressing challenges as they arise, and guiding the team towards successful delivery. You actively engage in planning sessions, monitor project milestones, and facilitate collaboration to maintain alignment with organizational goals. This position demands a proactive approach to managing workflows and fostering an environment where innovation and efficiency thrive.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the allocation of resources and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
- Mentor team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kofax Intelligent Automation Platform.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing automation workflows within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Kofax Intelligent Automation Platform.
- This position is based at our CDC2E - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
