Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the telecalling team.
- Assign daily calling targets and monitor performance.
- Train, guide, and motivate telecallers to improve productivity.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customer leads.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
