What would you do? Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations. 1. Strong knowledge of Procurement & Supply Chain processes, especially PR-to-PO lifecycle. 2. Lead and manage day-to-day PR Validation and Approval activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with defined SOPs and controls 3. Ensure all PR requests are validated, approved appropriately within agreed SLAs. 4. Monitor workload distribution, queue health, and ageing to proactively address risks to delivery 5. Act as an escalation point for complex PR issues, exceptions, and urgent business requests. 6. Ensure timely and accurate resolution of requestor queries 7. Collaborate with stakeholders to reduce repeat queries through process improvements and knowledge sharing. 8. Prepare and present weekly operational dashboards and performance reviews to the client, covering volumes, SLAs, quality, risks, and action plans. 9. Proactively communicate operational issues, risks, and mitigation plans to client stakeholders. 10. Lead, coach, and mentor team members to drive performance, skill development, and engagement. 11. Conduct regular team connects, performance reviews, and feedback sessions. 12. Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams (requestors, buyers, AP, suppliers) to improve end-to-end procurement efficiency.
