ob Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, and chat.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional support to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Follow company policies and meet service quality standards.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Well-versed in handling Email and Chat Support.
- Strong customer handling, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
