Billing & Invoicing

• Prepare customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Generate transport bills as per approved rates.
• Verify supporting documents such as PODs, LRs, and trip sheets before billing.
• Accounts Receivable (Collections)Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
• Maintain debtor ageing reports.
• Coordinate with clients regarding invoice submissions and payment status.
• Support management in improving cash flow.
• Accounts PayableVerify transporter bills and vendor invoices.
• Maintain payment schedules for transporters and suppliers.
• Reconcile vendor accounts.

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Record day-to-day accounting transactions.
• Maintain records in Zoho Books, Tally, or Excel.
• Assist with bank reconciliations.
• Maintain organized financial documentation.
• GST & Compliance SupportAssist in GST-related documentation.
• Coordinate with CA for filing requirements.
• Ensure invoices comply with GST regulations.

Reporting

• Prepare weekly outstanding reports.
• Generate monthly receivable and payable summaries.
• Maintain accurate accounting records for management review.
