Shikhar has been selected for the role of Techno‑Functional Consultant, bringing 3.6 years of relevant experience. He has demonstrated strong capabilities in business requirements gathering, functional documentation, and end‑to‑end techno‑functional delivery support. Shikhar possesses a solid understanding of technology domains such as software development and database systems, and consistently acts as an effective bridge between business and technical teams. Additionally, he has exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and GenAI use cases, along with hands‑on knowledge of database concepts and tools including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
