Project Manager, Operations Shared Services Hybrid

Full time, Bangalore, India and Heredia, Costa Rica

 

The Project Manager – Operations Shared Services(OSS) is accountable for end-to-end ownership and delivery of strategic shared services initiatives across global in-house and vendor operations. This role leads large-scale, cross-functional and multi-country programs that drive operational transformation, service delivery excellence, and measurable business outcomes. The position ensures strict adherence to SSC governance frameworks, with a strong focus on intake discipline, approval readiness, and execution rigor.

 

As a Project Manager, Operations Shared Services, you will

• Own full lifecycle delivery of Operations Shared Services (OSS)  initiatives—from intake, planning, governance approvals, execution, through to closure and benefits realization
• Enforce OSS governance standards, ensuring all initiatives meet defined intake protocols and approval requirements
• Drive structured intake, tracking, and reporting of initiatives using enterprise tools (e.g., Smartsheet) aligned to OSS governance standards
• Anchor project execution within the shared services operating model, including both captive centers and third-party vendors
• Lead complex, multi-country, cross-functional programs with high organizational impact
• Manage interdependencies across functions such as operations, technology, finance, and compliance

 

About you

• Prior project/program management experience, preferably within shared services, operations, or transformation environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and virtual platforms, (i.e., Zoom, WebEx, MS Teams, etc.)  
• Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new technology interfaces
• Solid understanding of data governance
• Proficiency in Smartsheet is a plus
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools preferred
