As a Data Architect, a typical day involves defining the data requirements and designing the overall structure for applications. This role includes modeling how data is stored and integrated within the system, ensuring that the architecture supports the application s needs effectively. The position requires thoughtful planning and coordination to create a robust and scalable data framework that aligns with project goals and facilitates seamless data flow across various components.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of data architecture strategies to support business objectives.
- Ensure data governance and compliance standards are maintained throughout the data lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth within the data architecture domain.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Reltio.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and best practices for designing scalable data architectures.
- Experience with data integration methods and tools to enable seamless data flow between systems.
- Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and management platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing data structures for performance and reliability.
