Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing L2/L3 application support Chromeleon, OpenLab LabX from Mettler Toledo, Metrohm, MassLib LabQ , with mandatory hands-on experience in support and configuration. The role supports laboratory digital workflows and ensures system availability and performance. Exposure to chemical R&D environments or a chemistry background is an added advantage.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to custom software development.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Additional Information:
