Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Monitors overall operational performance

- TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities
- Oversees operational activities to ensure schedules and performance targets are consistently met

- Leads, motivates, and develops the management team
- Maintains strong relationships with business, sales, and engineering teams
- Coordinates strategies, communication, and joint initiatives across multiple and distributed facilities
