Job Description
We are looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy, and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Ather Space (showroom). As the Sales Manager, you won't just be selling scooters; you will be driving the transition to sustainable mobility. You will manage the showroom floor, lead a team of passionate Product Specialists, and ensure every customer experiences the future of EV technology.
- Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of Product Specialists to achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Drive walk-ins, manage test-ride conversions, oversee the sales pipeline, and implement local marketing strategies to boost footfall.
- Customer Experience: Maintain the premium, tech-first retail standards of the Ather Space. Ensure every customer receives an exceptional, transparent, and educational experience.
- Operations & Inventory Management: Oversee daily showroom operations, manage vehicle inventory, coordinate with the service/delivery teams, and ensure smooth billing and documentation (registration, insurance, finance).
- Data-Driven Reporting: Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics. Utilize CRM tools to monitor leads and provide actionable insights to management.
