Audio-Visual (Av) Engineer

Salary Range : Rs. 20000 - Rs. 25000 , based on skills, experience, and interview performance

Working Hours : 10 AM - 7 PM | Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

Installation, configuration, and commissioning of AV/VC solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve AV, VC, audio, display, and control system issues.

Configure and support Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and Cisco Webex Rooms.

Perform preventive maintenance and health checks of AV infrastructure.

Conduct site surveys and assist in project execution.

Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and clients for issue resolution.

Support boardrooms, conference rooms, training rooms, and auditoriums.

Configure microphones, DSPs, speakers, cameras, displays, and control systems.

Prepare technical documentation, installation reports, and SOPs.

Ensure project delivery within timelines and quality standards.

Required Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with AV/VC technologies.

Knowledge of:

Logitech

Crestron

Extron

Biamp

Jabra

Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLAN, Switching, Wi-Fi).

Experience with AV rack integration, cabling, and structured cabling.

Knowledge of DSP programming and audio tuning is an added advantage.

Familiarity with HDMI, HDBaseT, USB, and IP-based AV solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or related discipline.

Fresher –2 years of relevant AV/VC implementation and support experience.

Strong troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
