CBS - C&I - BD & CE Leadership :

Our Markets team focuses on providing account teams with the support they need to help drive revenue growth. Our "account-centric" approach to serving clients starts with understanding their business and providing tools and enablers to provide  consistency on how we identify and align our services and solutions to our clients' most pressing issues. We deliver services through one or more of our four global service lines: Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions and Tax. Our Markets team comprises of Business Development and Brand Media & Communication (BMC).

By adopting EY methodologies, executing on guidance, and leveraging tools and strategic programs, we bring the necessary rigor to our engagements. Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

 

  • Key Responsibilities Business Development & Revenue Ownership Own the end-to-end business development and pursuit lifecycle, with accountability for revenue targets Drive growth by selling India Tax platform offerings, including: Direct Tax transformation and compliance Indirect Tax / GST digitization AI Tax Hub (centralized tax workflow, automation, and compliance platform) Identify and convert opportunities for platform-led managed services and digital tax transformation Account Hunting & Strategy Lead account mining and hunting strategy with a focus on digital tax transformation and AI Tax Hub adoption Develop account plans aligned to modernizing client tax functions using AI and automation Position EY as a strategic partner for tax digitization and platform-driven transformation Client Engagement & Relationship Management Build strong C-suite relationships (CFO, Tax Head, CIO/CTO, Transformation Heads) Identify client pain points across tax compliance, reporting, manual processes, and audit readiness Present AI Tax Hub use cases, such as: Automated compliance tracking Integrated GST reconciliation and reporting Real-time tax dashboards and insights Drive client satisfaction and platform adoption Solution Selling – India Tax Platform Clearly articulate the value of EY’s AI Tax Hub and integrated tax technology ecosystem Position the AI Tax Hub as a unified layer across Direct and Indirect tax processes Work with tax and technology teams to create customized transformation-led proposals Demonstrate ROI through efficiency, compliance accuracy, and improved visibility
