Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and application performance.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud Security Services.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and deployment best practices.
- Experience in integrating APIs and working with low-code platforms to customize application features.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues to maintain system reliability.
- Familiarity with release management processes and tools to ensure smooth application updates.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Google Cloud Platform Architecture.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
