UI/UX Designer – Vishx Innovations (OPC) Pvt Ltd

Vishx Innovations (OPC) Pvt Ltd is a software services company building products that solve real, on-the-ground problems. Our flagship product, Worker Chowk, is a digital labor management platform for India's blue-collar workforce — replacing paper wage registers with a simple digital tool for contractors, supervisors, and small businesses to track attendance, hours, and payments.

We're also incubating Vishwakarma.ai, an early-stage AI venture currently in development.

The Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our small, fast-moving team in Lucknow. You'll design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for Worker Chowk and support the visual and product design needs of Vishwakarma.ai as it takes shape — working closely with the founding team to turn ideas into clean, usable screens.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI screens in Figma for web and mobile products
• Translate product requirements and feedback into intuitive, accessible user experiences
• Build and maintain design consistency through simple design systems and reusable components
• Create supporting visual assets — social media graphics, marketing collateral, and promotional material — using Canva and/or Illustrator
• Collaborate closely with the founding team and developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability considerations
• Support general design and branding needs across both Worker Chowk and Vishwakarma.ai

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree preferred (design, visual arts, or related field a plus, but not required)
• 0–2 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or graphic design
• Strong proficiency in Figma — this is a must
• Working knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator for graphic design is a strong plus
• A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work (student projects, freelance work, or professional experience all welcome)
• Good understanding of usability principles, visual hierarchy, and basic design systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to take and act on feedback
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment with direct access to the founding team
