Team Manager-SUPPORT SERVICES-Real Estate Valuation
As the Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Real Estate Valuation team. Your responsibilities will include guiding and mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with valuation standards, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will also contribute to business development efforts and collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional services.- Lead and manage the Real Estate Valuation team, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of real estate valuations, meeting client expectations and industry standards.
- Review and approve valuation reports, maintaining quality control and consistency.
- Stay updated with market trends, valuation methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing performance feedback and career guidance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of valuation services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base.
- Oversee the team's performance, setting goals, and implementing strategies to achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate valuation or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent knowledge of real estate markets, valuation techniques, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using valuation software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
- Willingness to stay updated with industry developments and best practices.
