Job Description & Summary: In PwC, we have realized that sustainability-led transformation requires multiple competencies to collaborate to drive value for organizations. Responsibilities:  

  

We are seeking two full-time Managers with expertise in Energy Cost Optimization to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing sector. The role offers a hybrid work environment, blending in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. 

This is a unique opportunity to drive impactful initiatives and optimize energy costs, contributing to the organization's sustainable growth. 

 

Develop and implement energy cost optimization strategies tailored to manufacturing operations. 

  • Analyze energy consumption patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring operational efficiency. 

  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute energy-saving initiatives and monitor performance metrics. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align energy optimization goals with broader organizational objectives. 

  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to enhance energy management practices. 

Experience & Qualifications 

  • Experience: 7-12 years of relevant experience in energy cost optimization or related fields. 

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or a related discipline. 

  • Proven track record of delivering measurable energy cost savings within a manufacturing environment.

Deep understanding of energy management challenges and opportunities in the manufacturing sector. 

  • Familiarity with energy regulations and compliance standards specific to manufacturing operations
