Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

 

• Proficient in program and project management encompassing scope, schedule, cost, and quality baselining, alongside integrated delivery plans and milestone governance. Expertise in Agile delivery leadership, including Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, backlog coordination, and PI planning support to ensure effective Agile reporting. Experienced in Waterfall delivery management through stage-gate processes, critical path method application, and dependency mapping for efficient phase approvals. Adept in SDLC governance, overseeing requirements-to-release processes, change control, release planning, and deployment coordination activities. Strong capabilities in financial management of projects, encompassing CAPEX/OPEX planning, budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive value realization.

 

Skills and attributes

Qualification

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science

Experience

• Project Management (6+ years)
