Role Overview

The Senior Manager – FED role is responsible for ensuring effective technical support, issue resolution, field coordination, and system handling across installation and service teams. The position requires deep technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and effective communication with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

 

·        Responsible for elevator installation processes

·        Capable of reading and understanding layout and technical drawings to assist in installation and issue diagnosis

·        Act as a key link between the field team and the factory team for resolutions

·        Upload all Field Turn Back (FTB) cases into the ETQ system

·        Capable of troubleshooting any type of reported field issues independently

·        Well versed with ride quality adjustments and measuring tools

·        Analysis of PMT and Power Analyzer readings

·        Competent in handling EMS and Compass system

Qualification & Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field

·        10+ years of experience in elevator, construction, or related engineering industry

·        Strong technical and analytical competencies

·        Experience with installation processes and troubleshooting
