Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, caring, and energetic Preschool & Daycare Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children. The ideal candidate should have a love for working with children and the ability to support their social, emotional, and educational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
- Teach basic concepts such as numbers, alphabets, colors, shapes, and rhymes.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods.
- Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
- Monitor and record children's progress and development.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's activities and progress.
- Assist in organizing school events, celebrations, and extracurricular activities.
- Support daycare routines including feeding, toileting, and nap time when required.
Requirements
- Any Graduate (Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education preferred).
- Experience in Preschool, Kindergarten, or Daycare is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude towards children.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
