Job Description
Female Sports Coach Hiring – Smart Fit Sports
Position: Female Sports Coach
Organization: Smart Fit Sports
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Job Location: Schools and preschools within a 15 km radius of your residence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct sports and physical activity sessions for children.
- Teach basic skills in sports such as Football, Basketball, Cricket, Athletics, and Fun Fitness Activities.
- Ensure children's safety and engagement during sessions.
- Set up and manage sports equipment before and after classes.
- Encourage teamwork, discipline, and active participation among students.
- Maintain a positive and energetic learning environment.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Passion for sports and working with children.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior coaching or teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Punctual, responsible, and enthusiastic attitude.
