Job Title: Preschool Teacher

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month

Location: Little Millennium - Amruthahalli, Sahakarnagar & Ananthpura branches in Bengaluru

Job Summary:

Little Millennium Pre School is seeking a passionate and nurturing Preschool Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will support early childhood development through creative teaching methods, structured activities, and positive guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Use creative teaching techniques such as storytelling, music, art, and play-based learning
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents
• Maintain classroom discipline in a positive and constructive manner
• Collaborate with other staff and participate in school events
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the classroom

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate with Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Prior experience working with preschool children is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children
• Basic computer knowledge is a plus
