We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-friendly Female Sales Executive to manage customer interactions across phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, video calls, and in-person meetings. The candidate will play an important role in converting enquiries into orders and building strong relationships with wholesale buyers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer CommunicationAttend incoming customer calls and enquiries.
• Reply promptly to WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media messages.
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability details to customers.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.
• Product Presentation & SalesShow garment samples to customers visiting the office.
• Conduct product presentations through video calls.
• Explain product features, fabrics, sizes, and designs to buyers.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their requirements.
• Lead Follow-upRegularly follow up with existing customers and new leads.
• Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, and follow-up schedules.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Build long-term relationships with wholesale buyers and retailers.
• Customer Visit ManagementWelcome and assist customers visiting the office/showroom.
• Arrange and display samples professionally.
• Coordinate meetings and appointments with buyers.
• Order CoordinationCoordinate with internal teams regarding order status and dispatch updates.
• Inform customers about order progress and delivery timelines.
• Ensure smooth communication between customers and the company.
• Desired SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Confident in speaking over phone and video calls.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and basic computer applications.
• Pleasant personality and customer-oriented approach.
• Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• QualificationGraduate or Undergraduate.
• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, fashion, or wholesale business preferred.
