What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Talent & HR Process involves managing the recruitment, development, and retention of employees. This includes overseeing hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations. The goal is to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is essential for building a strong and effective team. Support workforce behavior in alignment with the organization`s business strategy by designing, developing, implementing, and executing key HR processes: strategic planning; supply demand; hiring and sourcing; on-boarding and integration; training and development; objective-setting and performance management; and compensation and rewards.
What are we looking for? Qualification - BE/ BTech or any Postgraduate / MBA from reputed B-school/institute Work Experience: Relevant years of experience into Process Transformation, Process Automation, Operational Excellence, Quality Relevant years of experience into overall experience in consulting Relevant years of experience into exposure/ experience in at least one segment of the financial services industry – cap markets, insurance, banking, or KYC
