Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven International Business Development Manager to expand our perfume brand's footprint across global markets. This role involves comprehensive market research, identifying top tier buyers/distributors, traveling internationally to pitch products, and closing high-value B2B distribution contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Map out and identify top retail chains, boutique shops, and major cosmetic/perfume distributors in the target countries.
Market Visitation & Pitching: Conduct physical market visits across Africa, SE Asia, the Gulf to exhibit product lines, perform scent testing/sampling sessions, and pitch to potential partners.
Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), payment terms, and exclusive distribution agreements to close B2B export contracts.
Relationship Management: Maintain post-sale relationships with international distributors to ensure regular repeat orders and smooth logistical coordination.
